Carrying out all purchasing, contracting and supporting activities and accompanying them, such as:
- Searching for suppliers, categorizing them, and qualifying them.
Coordination with the authority’s departments to identify procurement and contracting needs
- Preparing requests for proposals, sorting and selecting suppliers, and coordinating with other departments when

Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best terms, specifications and prices
Issuing purchase orders and following up on their approval by the authorized persons
Delivery of purchase orders to suppliers and follow-up of supply
Documentation and archiving of purchase order documents and follow-up records
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all preferred suppliers
Contribute to resolving and settling disputes with suppliers
Participate in the preparation of periodic reports on procurement and contracts work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration - Finance - Law - Accounting - Public Administration - Supply Chains
That his certificate be issued or equivalent by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
At least two years of experience in the same field of work
