Supervising and ensuring the application of the approved policies and procedures manuals, preparing and implementing the procurement and warehouse plan
- Supervising the qualification and preparation of a database of local and external suppliers approved by the company, and local and external procurement operations in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- Supervising the receipt and clearance of imported items from customs, as well as items purchased from the local market, and verifying their safety and compliance with specifications.
Keep detailed records of all stored materials and items showing their specifications and movement
- Supervising the maintenance of inventory and its safety, organizing and codifying the correct supply and warehouse exchange with high accuracy
- Implementing the purchasing, warehousing and returns policies and procedures approved by the company
Receipt, analysis and classification of needs for all branches, according to a needs planning system that includes standardized forms that will be delivered at a specific date, and includes scheduling the needs for the appropriate months or periods
Requirements:
At least 7 years of practical experience in a similar field of work, 3 of which are in a supervisory field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
