• Accurately recording and reviewing accounting transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitoring liquidity and bank balance from direct companies, liquidity expectations, and future obligations.
• Dynamic Planning and Risk Management - leading the financial goal setting; rational personality, risk mitigator. passionate with a can-do attitude, to ensure full coordination and support to all stakeholders.
• Ensuring that effective internal controls are established, maintained, and monitored throughout the company, and understood by all stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization and reduction in areas of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), Marketing and Other General Expenses (MOGE), Cost of Debt (COD).
• Reviewing value-added tax reports and submitting them on time.
• Compliance with all company and local, legal, tax, rules and regulation.
• Development of Finance and non-Finance reports as requested by management.
• Reviewing the monthly payroll, employee accounts and submitting them to the bank and then to the Ministry of Labor (wages protection).
• Making monthly comparisons between previous months and years and analysis of financial ratios.
• Follow-up of advances and receivables (expenses and revenues) and their balances, and allocations.
• Closing annual book, coordinate with auditors to obtain audited statements on time.
• Support complete set of financial reports and write-ups, explain variances, in coordination with a business leader.
Requirements:
10 to 15 years' experience in similar job and have strong leadership skills
BA University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is preferred
Prior management experience (e.g.: Food, Trading,Rtail ,and Consumer Goods) is a must.
Proficiency in English and Arabic language is a must.
