A real estate sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales is required
Requirements:	bachelors degree Excellent communication, negotiation and deal-making skills Knowledge of Ministry of Housing related initiatives, tax exemption, etc. Familiarity with the requirements necessary to enforce sales operations and the requirements of the relevant authorities Ability to define project components and display technical specifications Skills in taking notes and preparing necessary reports Ability to work during the evening shift Proficiency in the use of office technology and the Office package
