Determining the training requirements for sales staff inside the exhibition to raise the efficiency of sales performance
- Training of sales officials in terms of their selling capabilities periodically and continuously
- Regular meetings with sales officials
- Coordination of weekly vacations among the fair’s employees in accordance with the institution’s policies
- Follow up on customers' receipt of their goods in coordination with sales officials
- Follow up and monitor the development of quality systems and standards and prepare technical reports on the quality of exhibits
