Manage all aspects of marketing and selling for commercial and residential properties
Designing business plans for customized properties that suit clients' needs
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet the required standards of the tenants
Maintaining a positive and productive relationship with tenants
Negotiate lease and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertising and marketing vacant spaces to attract permanent tenants
- Collect accounts receivable and handle budgets and operating expenses
Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing the real estate market and customer trends
Managing and supervising real estate employees and evaluating their performance on an ongoing basis
Achieving financial goals and submitting a periodic report on financial performance
- Building relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities
- Constant access to the real estate market to learn the latest techniques and methods of real estate promotion and marketing
Full understanding of real estate and property management and all legal and financial aspects
Deep knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding real estate and property management
Requirements:
Practical experience as a real estate marketing manager or working in the real estate field.
A valid real estate broker's license
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Possess organizational skills with excellent time management skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs and databases
The ability to persuade, build marketing plans and use appropriate marketing channels.
