Job description:
- Supervising the development of manpower requirements plans.
- Preparation of training and development programs for employees at the level of the parent company in coordination with the directors of departments, and the development of a plan to implement them and monitor implementation and follow-up.
- To take care of all disputes that arise between the company and employees and to reach solutions in coordination with the legal advisor and retain all information.
- Overseeing the employee's employee status, including employee respect for all laws, company policies and administrative instructions issued.
- Explain the policies and procedures related to recruitment and staff, and administrative services to department managers and departments and then staff and supervise the proper implementation.
- Supervise the implementation of the approved procedures related to employees at the company level, including the procedures of recruitment, testing, promotion, transportation, termination of service, application of incentives, bonuses, penalties and attendance control.
- Supervising the procedures and procedures for the travel and accommodation of passengers or passengers on a mission related to the company's business.
- Assistance in all aspects related to personnel management
