- Receiving customers when entering or leaving the store
- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
- Review and inspect merchandise and ensure pricing is accurate
- Inventory and collect payments either in cash or using credit cards
- Issuance of receipts, refunds or change
Monitor and follow up on the available stock of products and place an order for new products before stocks run out
- Resolving customer complaints, directing them and providing the necessary information
Keeping the exit areas clean and tidy
- Track budget transactions and report any discrepancies
Follow up on exchanges and product returns
- Work to gain customer confidence and satisfaction
Requirements:
Diploma in accounting
Work under pressure
Do not talk to co-workers about matters outside the scope of work
The ability to calculate, accuracy, and few or no errors
Proficiency in the use of various computer accessories such as bill printers and product code readers
Be patient and honest while doing the work
The accounting certificate will be approved by the Saudi Organization for Accountants
Age from 20 to 35 years
