- Processing daily mail, such as notes, circulars, administrative documents, transaction reports, notes and letters of real estate management or government services
Preparing, preparing and printing official letters
Determining the destinations of the guests, and receiving calls related to the administrative staff of the place
- Organizing appointments for meetings and interviews
Organize and archive files, documents and administrative records
- Receive and make incoming or outgoing calls and emails
- Follow up on the implementation of any decisions issued by the management
Working in two shifts from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm
