- Take full responsibility for dealing with customers' complaints, requests and questions
- Dealing with customer complaints and informing them of after-sales and warranty services
Coordinate with the distribution and storage team to repair or replace the product in the shortest possible time
- Ensure customer service standards in the customer service counter in accordance with company standards
- Handling delivery and installation orders to customer premises and following up with the Logistics Department to get the job done in a timely manner
