- 80 customer service brokers are required to work in a call center under the Gulfcx company Noon application project (seasonal job)
Work begins immediately after the end of training for a month and a half or a month
6 working days and 7 hours, including an hour off
- The working period is one shift per day, either in the morning from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon or in the evening from 2 in the afternoon to 10 in the evening and it changes on a weekly basis (not optional) and the evening shift will be predominant during weekdays
Requirements:
Speak and write average English or higher
Knowledge of communication skill, the art of empathy and softness with customers, and a background on customer problems when purchasing via the Internet
