Conducting Telesales Responsibilities for the Telesales Specialist include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs and for closing sales, documenting customer and sales information
Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with customers/potential customers over the phone
- Ask questions to engage clients/potential clients and keep the conversation going
- Listen to the needs of customers/potential customers to generate repeat sales
- Collecting and documenting customer information, payment methods, sales and customer reactions to our training courses
- Keeping abreast of all our training courses and informing clients of new trainings
- Answer customer questions related to training sessions
