Managing the operation process for transporting goods, distributing tasks and work orders on trucks and cars
Responsible for managing and directing truck drivers
Managing the performance of all customs operations and procedures, as well as operating trucks and carrying out goods transport operations
Managing direct dealings with other transport companies and working to provide external trucks if necessary
Work on providing external heavy equipment necessary to work from (winch) and others if necessary
- Supervising the issuance of daily bills of lading for operating trucks with an estimate of the value of the financial covenant spent to cover petty cash, excess balance and other petty cash, in coordination with the Finance Department
- Supervising the issuance of permits to exchange petroleum products, which are the fuel needed for the operation of trucks, in coordination with the warehouse management
- Follow up on the movement of the external market for the transport of goods and customs procedures, if any
- Supervising the performance of internal maintenance operations, which is the completion of the necessary periodic maintenance for all trucks and vehicles, including oil spare parts of all kinds, spare parts with a specified lifespan and other forms of periodic maintenance, while supervising the performance of external maintenance operations to deal with sudden malfunctions of trucks during the implementation of one of the work tasks.
