Job description:
Preparing the annual financial budget for the association
- Follow-up of the required accounting records, and the use of electronic archiving of its contents
- Preparing salary lists for employees and following up their disbursement and distribution after making the adjustments that occurred during the month.
- Preparing the monthly accounts (trial balance, expenditure schedules, revenue schedules, matching the bank statement with the current account), and submitting them to the management
- Preparing the final calculators at the end of the fiscal year and submitting them to the relevant authorities at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or the supervisory center
- Reviewing the disbursement, entry and supply forms and the attached and supporting documents before sending those forms to the Office of Financial Controllers
- Review the final account and the explanatory note
Preparing and reviewing periodic reports (purchasing reports and quarterly financial reports)
- Reviewing the work of the financial plan of the association
- Reviewing documentary courses for warehouse work
- Performing the tasks assigned to him related to his job objectives
Requirements:

  • At least one year experience in the specialty
