- Designing special annual and monthly plans in the sales department by relying on the study of market requirements, and following-up and analyzing customers and clients’ requests in order to work on providing them
Defining strategic sales goals by setting a set of forecasts about the volume of sales that will be achieved
Achieving sales growth and achieving the goals set by the management in addition to managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its competition in the local and international market
- Planning the sales business and achieving the required targets
- Developing and training the sales team within the company and monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Designing annual sales plans and executing deals
- Building and strengthening long-term and strong relationships with clients
- Attracting clients to the company
- Coordination with the Marketing Department regarding the creation of lists of potential clients
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts and follow up on changes
- Developing sales plans and creating strategic plans (professional)
Performance monitoring and after-sales services
- Quality control of products before sale
Requirements:
At least four years of experience as a sales manager
Preferably someone who has experience in WPC doors
