- Scheduling shipments and deliveries
- Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods
- Supervising the transportation of goods from one location to another, and arranging their pick-up and delivery
- Follow up on defective products, products shipped to customers
Ensure that all parties work together to ensure shipments are packed, dispatched and delivered in a timely manner
Requirements:
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and applications
Experience in the field of logistics companies
High communication skills
Ability to train, motivate and manage different team members to work together to achieve the same goals
Ability to manage daily tracks and schedules for shipments and deliveries
