Job Description:
- Receiving and directing customers inside the store, providing services to them and answering their questions about specific products or services to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Functional tasks :
- Selling Products
- Responding to customers regarding products and services
Provide accurate information such as product features, pricing and after-sales services
Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
Informing customers of the latest special offers and discounts
