Job description:
- Carrying out all the tasks of the human resources department, including supervising appointments, resignations, termination of services, proof of attendance, leaving and overtime, and the balance of vacations, injuries and patients.
Working on the various payroll programs and dealing with social insurance, labor office, passports and health insurance
Working on the Salary Support Capabilities Program, the Tamheer Program, the Strong Program, and the Madad Program
Documenting contracts, working on the rental program, and following up on car insurance claims
Issuance and renewal of residence permits
Working on a direct program for companies to raise the salaries of employees and workers and pay government departments fees
Issuance of all administrative decisions
- Carrying out all administrative work, experience in organizing files and executive secretarial work, following up and dealing with various work difficulties inside and outside work sites, dealing with all administrative bodies and working on office programs
- Implementation of administrative procedures and work
Requirements:
