- Receiving, requesting and transferring telephone calls and organizing the director's appointments.
- Follow-up of incoming and outgoing mail and any actions taken.
- Secure the publication of instructions and information necessary for the work of the Department and print documents.
- Edit the periodic notes on internal and external affairs of the group and present them to the Director for signature and circulation.
- Preparation of meetings and meetings
Requirements:
Suitable university qualification or equivalent
Experience in secretarial and archiving documents
Preference for those with knowledge of accounts or design programs
