Job description:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
Identify and evaluate clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, correct and complete information using correct methods / tools
Meet personal sales / customer service team targets and call handling quotas
Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; Follow-up to ensure solution
Maintain customer records, handle client accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor
  • Full knowledge of using computers, programs, applications and the Internet.
  • Tact and mastery of communication skills
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 6,000 S.R.
