Job description:
Building multiple relationships with community leaders
Work to convince individuals and institutions of the importance of supporting the association in order to provide support for specific projects and initiatives.
- Counting the donors at the Kingdom level and introducing them to the association’s activities
Arranging and coordinating visits to representatives of supporters and donors and facilitating close acquaintance with the association and its activities
- Carrying out preliminary visits before submitting requests for grants and support, knowing the conditions and building appropriate relationships.
Communicating with supporters and donors on Islamic and national events and their special occasions and offering congratulations in a creative way on behalf of the association
The participation of the rest of the departments in providing a database of supporters and donors
Organizing all visits and invitations for donors and supporters to and from the association
Seeking to attract new members of the association
Receiving membership applications and communicating with them and introducing them to the association's activities
- Registration of new members: receiving membership subscription and the member handing over a copy of the receipt voucher and a copy to the management with the amount to be deposited with the bank and registered in the association’s database
Renewal of members ’subscriptions annually
Reminding members of the expiration of membership
Designing member cards to be given to each member annually
Preparing for the annual general assembly meeting and preparing the scientific material that will be presented to the members
- Writing an invitation letter to attend the General Assembly and handing it over to the management for signature and then distributing it to the members
- Send reminders of the date and place of the meeting
Writing a detailed report on the meeting supported with pictures
Congratulations on religious and national occasions
- Sending an annual report to the members, with a thank you attached to the member for his membership
Performing the tasks assigned to him related to his job objectives
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher
  • Experience of not less than one year in the field of work in the non-profit (charitable) sector
Language requirements:
