Roles and responsibilities :
Save all documents related to employees
Preparing salaries
Preparing internal and external letters for the company, preparing internal circulars and sending them to employees
Calculation of leave and end-of-service entitlements for employees
Follow up the implementation of the Saudi Labor Law and Workers Regulations and Procedures
Preparation of warnings notes and termination of services
- Familiarity with the regulations of government agencies and government websites (Ministry of Labor system / Labor Office / Social Insurance / Medical Insurance / Human Resources Fund (Hadaf) / Resident / Madad / Chamber of Commerce)
- Coordination with all departments of the company in all cases related to employees
Preparing reports related to the company and submitting development proposals for work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration
At least 5 years of experience in human resources in the field of catering and subsistence for a company with 500 employees or more
Proficiency in the English language
Proficiency in computers and all Microsoft Office programs
