Tasks and job description:
• Selling products to customers and assisting them in providing products, services and goods that meet their needs and desires
• Concluding sales agreements, contracts and deals with customers and agreeing with them on the dates for the delivery of goods
• Regularly following up on all products and services provided by the company
• Preparing a special schedule to organize the dates for receiving requests from clients and delivering them to them
• Continuously adjusting the content of presentations based on sales feedback
• Focusing sales efforts on studying the current and future size of agents
Keeping the administration department informed of all sales movements and operations by preparing reports and submitting them to them such as daily calls reports and weekly, monthly and annual work plans
• Monitor the behavior of competing companies and study the labor market by collecting information on the current market about prices, new products and marketing methods
• To suggest necessary product modifications
• Attracting new customers, attracting them to the company, and encouraging them to increase their turnout
• Listening to customer complaints and dealing with them in order to achieve their satisfaction and provide them with appropriate solutions
Enriching technical and professional knowledge by attending workshops and participating in relevant events
