A project manager is required to work closely with design, construction and specialized subcontractors and oversee site handover
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health (MEP) and Vertical Transportation (VT) design review
Prepare Contractor Requirements for Temporary Site Services (TSS), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and VT Bidding purposes
Managing the implementation of designs by the subcontractor during the construction and completion stages of handover
Manage construction areas for the monitoring and evaluation team
Close liaison with the construction team in handing over and monitoring the works by subcontractor and specialists
Implement construction site health and safety practices and safe work practices
Assist in resolving disputes and solving problems
Review installation progress versus build software
Subcontractor business manager retention to stay on or before the construction program
Management to complete all defects during the contract period, site facilities, bid event schedules, required information tables and quality, inspection, testing and planning
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
Additional educational qualification in Building or M&E majors
Experience in building services engineering
M&E construction sector experience
Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and commissioning procedures
