An enthusiastic HR and Privilege Manager is required to join our dynamic HR team. This role is an integral part of our team as you will provide service to the business while supporting the broader HR function by working closely with our HR business partners.
The main tasks of this role:
Issuing new start contracts and ensuring a set up experience is a positive thing for our new employees
Take full ownership of our new payroll tracking software
Ensure that all employee information is uploaded to our HR system (business day) accurately and in a timely manner, this includes visa expiration dates, testing, notice periods and any other information as per the team's instructions
Have all HR system updates including employee leave, transfers, salary changes and other changes as requested by the HR team
Understand the payroll process and the ability to support the wage and benefits manager through setup and administration support
Help with our Annual Benefits Window
Investigate and resolve salary inquiries
Coordinating human resources projects and taking minutes as needed
Requirements:
Experience working across HR systems
Experience (or desire to learn) with the payroll process
