• Maintain a strong relationship with a consulting veterinarian in store to ensure excellent pet care before and after the sale
• Maintain good store merchandise through staff, especially the inventory control manager
• Use the POS system to obtain accurate inventories and correct and effective ordering
• Process orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain all merchandise prices, neat, clean, and facade
• Effective signature and presentation of end covers, combos, stack, parity, and specials
• Timely follow up of all vendor credits, coupons, and rebates
• Maintaining the pet appropriate standard in all departments
• Maintaining Business Control, paperwork, and record keeping
• Dealing with the cashier and closing the rotation procedures accurately and in a timely manner
• Provides accurate and timely sales, payables, receivables, stocks and other data for the accountant to produce financial statements
• Analyze a variety of inventory and sales reports from the point of sale to improve business performance
• Analyze and take necessary actions to improve financial data results
• Maintain appropriate levels of advertising, community service and marketing
