Academic qualification: A certificate of no less than a bachelor’s, higher diploma, or equivalent

Experience of at least five years in preparing daily plans for production and direct supervision of production in terms of labor, equipment and products, maintaining product quality, cost and productivity, and ensuring business progress according to plans and budgets
