Job description:
Achieving effective employee management
- Evaluating performance and developing the competencies of individuals
Clarify the tasks and goals of all employees, according to the nature of their work
Promote and encourage participation and communication of employees with higher levels, and open the door for them to provide suggestions
Answer any inquiries regarding the work environment and conditions
Planning and organizing for an organized work according to production requirements, in coordination with all departments in the organization
Build and enhance teamwork, coaching, supervision and support. Ability to evaluate, review, provide opinion and reports on working with integrity and constructive manner
The ability to control and follow all vocabulary of work, without leading to a burden
Activating and imposing appropriate and deliberate pressures to ensure the achievement of tasks and goals without exaggeration or abuse of employees
Granting and delegating duties and powers to others to achieve goals while following up on implementation, and to ensure the clarity of these tasks
Ensuring the proper functioning of work by relying on specific timetables and deadlines and ensuring compliance with those schedules and dates through reminders and follow-up
Appreciation and respect for good performance and achievement, through positive incentives and encouragement
- Proper selection of employees, to ensure that the person fits the job description and the culture of the organization
Giving appropriate salaries according to the salary scale in the organization, and they must be commensurate with the nature of the work and the productivity of the institution, as well as the performance
Allocation of incentives for outstanding achievement
Examine and audit employee records to ensure that they are correct and that there is no lying or manipulation in them, as this enhances the ethical culture and good values ​​within the organization
