• Liaison with businesses and partner with HR to develop, direct, review and track execution of real estate strategy for a region
• Close partnership with other Properties functions for unified strategy across facilities and real estate
• Lead buy, sales and acquisitions of leases/ purchases, sublease activity on corporate portfolio
• Overall accountability for regional committed lease obligations
• Manage vendor KPIs and metrics to ensure success of contractual scope of work
• Prepare data analytics and market insights resulting in strategic portfolio and asset management
• Overall accountability for regional operating budget
• Oversee global strategic partner IFM contract, managing scope of work, vendor selections and hands on governance of agreement
• Manage safety and security programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor KPIs and metrics to ensure success of contractual scope of work
• Manage small to mid-sized capital projects as required
• Manage move management (new facility) or internal moves
• Develop strategy to maximize space planning, diversity and inclusion and contribute to sustainability efforts
Requirements:
Experience in industrial / commercial property management
Ability to move to live in Sakaka Al Jawf Town
Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
An excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with proper professionalism
Experience managing in a high-volume environment with diverse obstacles
Basic knowledge of base building maintenance and construction best practices
Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
An excellent and inherent competency with time management and organization
Demonstrated ability to complete the following: Analyze and interpret complex leases, Educate stakeholders on lease compliance responsibilities, Problem solving of complex issues, Identification and improvement of business processes
