3. Preparing the estimated budgets for each project and making the necessary analyzes for approval.
4. Contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies for all works related to construction and development projects.
5. Coordination and communication with contracting companies to obtain offers and tenders for the implementation of the company's projects.
6. Selecting and approving the proposals of the companies implementing the projects and the comparison between them according to the system approved by the company.
7. Review and audit of all engineering plans for the company's projects.
8. Supervision and follow-up of all technical works, designs and engineering plans.
9. Prepare the necessary engineering plans and programs to complete projects on time.
10. Approving the financial extracts of the companies executing the works and ensuring that they are disbursed to them according to the agreements concluded with them.
11. Follow up with the engineers and technicians that all work is done in the field according to the plans and according to the timetables.
12. Participate in the interview and selection of engineering department employees.
13. Empowering the work team, delegating them, transferring and sharing experiences with them.
14. Keeping abreast of developments and developments in the field of project management and engineering programs.
15. Submitting periodic reports as required by the work.
