Responsible for managing the payroll system (overtime, deductions, loans ... etc.)
• Ensure that all timelines are approved by the deadline, for submission to the finance department
• Managing health insurance programs
• Update and maintain employee records, files, and new employment information or changes in employment status
• Address any issues related to labor relations, such as labor complaints, and conduct investigations
• Processing all employee action forms and ensuring appropriate approval from other departments
• Conducts quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain and update human resource documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or administrative regulations and circulars, or performance appraisal forms
• Preparing and calculating annual, urgent and end-of-service leave
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or Human Resources
Full knowledge of the Human Resources Fund support program
6 working days per week from Saturday to Thursday
Full knowledge of the work system
