• Arranging appointments and calling potential clients from the lists sent from the head office
• Arranging appointments and calling potential clients from the lists sent by the line manager or from security guards
• Carry out the inspection process for the rental units with potential clients
• Periodic follow-up with clients after follow-up
• Providing the line manager with periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) on the status of leasing, collection and potential clients
• Preparing lease contracts for new clients
• Processing lease contracts for renewed clients
• Follow up the collection process according to the reports received from the line manager
• Informing the relevant parties about new and renewed residents of their leases and expired tenants
