Some basic tasks:

4. Preparing the entitlements of the authorized employees and those on official work assignments and settling their financial dues according to the regulations and controls and coordinating with the company's financial management
5. Preparing reports, statistics and data required in the areas of salaries and employee entitlements, settlement and preparation of end-of-service clearance for employees whose services have been terminated in accordance with the regulations, procedures and legal entitlements
6. Follow up on the implementation of employee files and save copies of contracts, licenses and transactions in the concerned files
7. Following up the performance evaluation reports forms and following them up during the probationary period or the annual evaluation of the employees
8. Preparing employees' entitlements regarding overtime and calculating them
9. Raise the file of protection of wages at the Labor Office and raise the justifications, if any
10. Knowledge of some administrative work related to human resources
