Responsibilities:
Work with commercial mechanics as needed to assist with repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, dam bathrooms, cleaning cooling towers, and replacing burning lights

Change of filters in air handling equipment.
- Cleaning and painting of different areas throughout the hotel, on request.
Clean the cooking dispenser, return air logs, and toilet exhaust where it cannot be reached from a 6-foot ladder.
Preparing / detailing the equipment needed to perform the job position.
- Operating the boiler and the boiler clock upon receiving appropriate training.
Maintaining full knowledge and compliance with hotel policies, management policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities.
