- Order processing: Processing customer requests and basic requirements, such as sending letters, forms, or other documents
- Recording of inquiries: recording inquiries and complaints that are received, and reporting on solutions
Responding to inquiries: responding to basic questions and inquiries to customers, and providing advice to customers about the facility's products, services, policies, and other related topics.
Complaints Referral: Solve basic customer complaints, and refer more complex problems to the complaints officer or any competent employee
Requirements:
Age from 25 to 35 years is preferred
Knowledge of computer use
The speed of learning and good comprehension of information
