Tasks and duties in the administrative support:
• Organizing office files.
• Follow up on time management and schedule appointments for the manager and line managers.
• Supervising the work of the receptionist and reporter.
• Follow up the implementation of the various administrative decisions issued by the Director.
• Working a work schedule with the sales manager, preparing meeting minutes and distributing them.
• Processing daily mail, such as memos, circulars, administrative documents, transaction reports, real estate management memoranda and letters.
• Preparing, preparing and printing official letters.
• Receiving and responding to faxes.
• Supervising job applications for new employees who want to join the company and arranging interviews for them.
• Assist in preparing training materials.
• Follow up on administrative tasks related to annual employee leave and set goals.
Doing all that is required of him within the limits of his knowledge and abilities.
• Follow up on maintenance contracts between the company and the maintenance companies that maintain the company's equipment and machinery.
Functional Relationships:
• Direct contact with the Director of Business Development and managers of all names in the Labor Office.

• Assist in all aspects of administrative organization, and maintenance of scientific evidence.
• Managing inventory of workplace assets and supplies, monitoring the critical level of stocks, sourcing suppliers, and submitting invoices.
