Sales manager duties (job description):
• Establishing, managing and directing the sales team to increase sales and profits for the company, and manage the company's marketing activities
• Motivating and encouraging the sales team and ensuring that the sales team adheres to the company's instructions
• Create strategic sales plans and effective programs to achieve sales goals
• Implementing effective sales, development, market penetration and cost control
• Create correct forecasts for the company's future sales
• Establishing a system for filing and reporting properly and an effective information system for projects
• He works with the sales team in the spirit of one team and works with managers of other departments to achieve the goals of the company
• Works with the sales team to search for projects and tenders and to assist in holding meetings with clients
• Evaluating the performance of the sales team, managing them, directing them properly, and having communication and conversation skills
• The ability to use a computer and the need to have knowledge. Excellent mathematics and analysis skills
