Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the implementation of PHS software, including the delivery of training and auditing including documenting results and the provision of product-related advice
• Providing end-user support services through the PHS help desk and on site
• Being involved in the ongoing development of our products
• Updating documentation and training material
• Performing other project-related tasks
• Understanding healthcare clinical system
• Collecting clinical data on site
- The clinical consultant will additionally provide outsourced services including the administration, development, and processing of patient activity data, the building and maintenance of patient costing databases, and the writing of ad-hoc clinical analyses reports.

Qualifications and Experience
• Computer Science, Medical Records Management, or a health-related degree
• 3+ years’ experience in a medical records, data, or healthcare management role
Requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Excel (required), Access (an asset)
• Fluency in Arabic and functional knowledge in English, both written and verbal
Assets
• Work experience in clinical environments
• Diagnoses and procedure coding experience
• Knowledge of SQL
- Applicants with previous experience in hospitals and healthcare are encouraged to apply.
- Some interregional travel resulting in overnight absences may be required.
