- Previewing the project area and preparing the initial ideas and schematic drawings of the designs and discussing them with the client
Communicating with the client, discussing with him, understanding his requirements, and presenting the appropriate ideas for him
Appropriately employing materials and tools, then estimating their quantities and the total design cost
Preparing the plans in clear graphical forms using the necessary tools and programs and presenting them to the owner of the matter so that the design can be discussed and approval is obtained
Supervision and field follow-up on the implementation phases and sending reports to the administration of the completed work
Prepare a detailed final report on the project that includes any modifications made to the design
Requirements:
Use design software (AutoCAD 3D Max Sketch Up Revit
An ability to create design ideas and solutions
An ability to explain the design idea to the client
