- Search, attract and source qualified candidates for different positions
- Maintain the Job Postings over the job boards in the proper format
- Search on job boards, internet for qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews; coordinate between recruitment and different departments for all related matters.
- Acquire new CV through networking with other recruiters and agencies.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for each department
- Communicate with selected candidates regarding date and place of interview, travel, accommodations, and other administrative matters.
- Coordinate with Recruiting and Visa Agencies to ensure that abroad staff obtain the work visas in a timely manner
- Assist in special projects within the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR or a relevant field
Maximum 3 years’ of experience in Recruitment with similar role
Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong personality, initiative, and project management skills
