An executive secretary is required to perform secretarial and public relations functions as follows:
• Coordinating with the official institutions and services to serve the objectives of the Center and the definition of its activities.
• Introducing the Center and its role through seminars, lectures and the media.
• Supervising the organization of seminars, conferences and workshops organized by the Center.
• Issuing bulletins and reports that document the work of the Center and its activities.
• Communicate with various media to publish the Center's news.
• Follow up the media to monitor and document the news of interest to the Center.
• Organizing and consolidating the relationship between the Center and the information centers
• Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publication and presentations
• Prepare the necessary equipment for the manager's trips
• The equipment and accommodation for the visitors of the company
• The manager's business agenda occurs
• Prepare and report the expenses of the manager
• Responds to phone calls and turns them into relevant individuals
• Prepare and coordinate interviews and conferences
• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• Confirms the general written work that includes copies, file works, fax handling and mailings
• Automatic and paper file system occurs
• Limit, price and buy office furniture and stationery
• Coordinates project work
• Other work assigned to him
Requirements:
• Has a suitable qualification
• Knowledge of computer applications and the ethics of telephone conversation
• Good dealing with computers
• Ability to learn to use modern software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to write 60 words per minute
