- Builds strong relationships with local employers to generate future vacancies.
- Generates a target number of vacancies per month through cold calling, mail shot and face-to-face meetings with existing and new employers
- contributes to team targets for job outcomes in terms of job starts and sustainability
- Identifies, agree and organize pre-job training needs of clients with employers where appropriate
- Maintains quality records on management information system for use by the job advisors and fellow employer advisors
- Works alongside job advisors to ensure they are aware of employer-led vacancies and to clearly communicate employers' recruitment needs and interview processes
- Engages with employer-focused partner organisations such as Chambers of Commerce and Business Forums and other key stakeholders to develop and strengthen employer contacts and engage their commitment to use the JPC
Requirements:
Must be Saudi
Bachelor Degree in business management or similar
Age between 25-35 years
Arabic/English Fluency is a MUST
Excellent presentation and written skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide variety of clients and employers
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Demonstrates organisation & planning skills including time management
