Job description:
Preparation of the training requirement.
Supervising the preparation, design and approval of training bags.
- Contacting and coordinating with trainers, selecting the best, best and most suitable of them.
Follow up on the course registration process.
- Responding to the requests of those requesting inquiries about the training courses and explaining them to them.
- Contacting and communicating with the entities wishing to benefit from training services and opening relationships with them.
- Monitor the progress of training operations and assess their progress to ensure the best quality of work.
- Distributing evaluation questionnaires to the trainees and preparing the final report at the end of the training course.
- Participates in developing training plans through analyzing information and data related to identifying training needs, including participation in developing financial estimates necessary to implement them.
- Designs the survey forms used in the training programs for determining the training needs and the models of the implemented training programs.
- Ensures that the procedures related to the training plans are implemented, including ensuring that all requirements for the implementation of training programs are provided, such as preparing the training halls and providing training means.
Internal organization of courses (halls and registration)
Preparing the necessary reports.
- Participates in the evaluation of the training programs that have been implemented, including preparing the necessary reports on them, and including them in the results, constraints and proposals for developing these programs.
- Implement the contracting procedures with the training institutions implementing the programs, including ensuring that the expenses of the program are disbursed, in coordination with the relevant financial units.
Performs what is assigned to him by the director of the center.
Supervising and following up the implementation of the courses with the stakeholders (trainers, trainees, management and clients).
- Prepare the necessary reports on them and include them in the results, constraints and proposals for developing these programs.
- Implement the contracting procedures with the trainers, including making sure that the expenses of the coach are spent, in coordination with the financial management at the center.
- Conducting any training course assigned by the general manager.
Assist the trainees and support them with training materials and bags.
- Coordination and arrangement of training courses and all necessary organizational processes to create the atmosphere of training.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management
