Job description:
- A customer service employee is required to work for an electronic store in Dammam and do the following tasks:
- Follow up on customer requests
Verify and confirm customer requests
- Coordination with the accounting department in cases of canceling orders and recovering financial amounts for clients
- Coordination with the employment department in the event of amending requests
