Job description:
• Implementing the financial and accounting procedures approved in the company.
• Control all documents issued and received by the Accounting Department, and ensure that they are correct and contain the necessary signatures.
• Review the registration bonds and approve them before registering them in the relevant accounts.
• Supervising the registration of all registration documents in its respective accounts and in accordance with the computer systems and programs applied and on the basis of the approved accounting course.
• Collecting, following-up and maintaining the accounts receivable and payables accounts, and checking the schedules of receivables monthly.
• Check monthly salary and wage schedules, make sure that additions and discounts are properly calculated on employee and customer dues, and make any adjustments to employee status and work on their files on the computer.
• Overseeing the issuance of exchange vouchers and preparing checks related thereto, after verifying the authenticity of the attached documents and following up on obtaining the necessary signatures on the checks in accordance with the established powers.
• Preparing bank reconciliation statements every month, showing differences (if any), informing the financial manager for review, and preparing the necessary settlement restrictions.
• Overseeing periodic and annual inventories of fixed assets and materials and their compliance with the account balances involved.
• Supervising the preparation, study and analysis of audit scales and financial reports, and then submitting them to the General Manager.
• Preparing final accounts at the end of the fiscal year.
• A proposal to develop the company's general financial policies and present it to the Director General for approval.
• Setting long and short term financial plans for the company and submitting them to the general manager with his recommendations regarding its approval.
• Maintain a complete copy of the financial and accounting system applied in the company and work to develop it according to the conditions and needs of the company and present it to the general manager for approval and approval.
• Ensure that all departments comply with the company's financial instructions.
• Contacting on behalf of the company with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, etc., and resolving issues related to the company's finances such as problems opening accounts, granting facilities or opening documentary credits in coordination with the general manager
• Reviewing contracts and all obligations prior to concluding them with others to determine their financial impact on the company and make observations on it.
• Monitor the arrest and exchange operations and ensure that they are carried out according to the established procedures and that they are within the limits of the approved administrative and financial powers.
• Carrying out any financial studies or analyzes required of him.
• Performing everything entrusted to him within the limits of his capabilities and capabilities
Requirements:
  • Experience of not less than three years in the field
  • High skills for using computers and accounting programs
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
