Work responsibilities:
- Participate in preparing the recruitment plan, arranging and preparing for the selection and appointment process according to the approved regulations
Maintain a database of all job applicants
Participate in preparing and holding an induction meeting for new employees
- Ensure that employee documents are complete and kept in special files for each employee according to the job file requirements, updating a database of employees and their qualifications periodically and maintaining data integrity.
- Monitor employee time and document the work hours on the necessary work folders and inform the concerned managers in the public administration and the director of human resources about the late, absentee, and violators.
Prepare and equip employee movement statements
- Follow-up balances of employee leave and violations and raise them to the direct official for approval and put them in their files periodically
- Set up a mechanism and follow-up of staff exit and locations outside the office
Preparation and coordination of training courses and workshops for employees
Prepare and arrange social activities and events for the organization's employees. (Including definition of systems - rights - duties and belonging - and job satisfaction
- Prepare the monthly plan and submit the monthly reports to the project manager
Executing what is assigned to him by the direct supervisor so that it does not contradict his qualifications and capabilities
Requirements:
Experience in the field of human resources of not less than two years
