* Proficient with Microsoft outlook, Excel, power point, word
* Knows General accounting to handle project invoices
* Keeping track of Clients payments and dues
* Familiar with troubleshooting of computers, printers and other office prepherical devices
* Keeping Expense tracking for various projects
* Replying to business correspondence on behalf of the company
* Able to do different jobs as given or adviced by the management
* Arranging meetings and issuing minutes of meetings
* Enable to grasp complete control of the organisation emails
* To be a focal point of contact between the company and its clients and vendors
