Responsibilities:
Establishing an internal quality system for operations.
Measuring the quality of work outputs.
Measuring process quality.
Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Planning
Define and monitor strategic and operational goals of work.
Preparing periodic reports on quality and performance.
Escalation in critical situations.
Contribute to setting targeted plans.
- Monitor the efficiency of work procedures and raise what is necessary.
Raising challenges and obstacles in performance and quality.
Development of reports and dashboards
Meet regularly with stakeholders to identify and document actions.
Requirements:
Quality Management System
Quality assurance and control
Quality of projects and processes
Performance management and performance report
Fluency in both Arabic and English
Communication skills and excellent skills in documentation and reporting.
Computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Access and power point solve the problem.
