Job description:
Receiving customers upon entering or leaving the store.
- Manage transactions with clients using cash records.
Reviewing and checking products and ensuring pricing accuracy.
Inventory and collect payments either in cash or by using credit cards.
Issuing receipts, refunds or change.
- Monitor and follow up on available stock of products and submit a request for new products before stock runs out.
Solve customer complaints, direct them and provide the necessary information.
Keep the exit areas clean and tidy.
- Track transactions in the budget and report any differences.
- Follow up on the processes of replacement and retrieval of products.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in the use of various computer accessories, such as invoicing devices and product code readers.
  • Good command of mathematics skills.
  • Have communication skills with different personalities.
  • Work to gain customer confidence and satisfaction.
  • The ability to arrange tasks and manage time in a unique way
Language requirements:
  • English-good
