Implementation of policies: Urging the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
Customer Service Department: Urging to raise the level of customer service and satisfaction, and to follow up disputes and complaints.
Price control: review hotel prices and organize bills accordingly.
Maintaining Relationships: Building and maintaining strong business relationships with other parties, such as travel agencies and reservations.
Dealing with reservations: maintaining a list of reservations, and providing the necessary paper records.
